1. User creates an account and selects a subscription plan
2. User inputs text through our web interface
3. Our AI processes and humanizes the text
4. User receives transformed content instantly
5. User can download or copy the processed text

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts

• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

We offer the following subscription tiers:

• Starter Plan: $4.95/month for 5,000 words
• Pro Plan: $19.95/month for 50,000 words
• API Access: Pay per word usage at $0.001 per word (billed monthly based on usage)

• Payments processed through PayPal and other authorized payment processors
• All prices in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Payment due at start of each billing period

• 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers
• Refunds available if service fails to perform as described
• No refunds for unused subscription time after 7 days
• Pay-as-you-go credits are non-refundable once purchased

• We may change prices with 30 days notice
• Existing subscribers maintain current rate until next renewal
• Continued use after price change constitutes acceptance

You may use our Service to:

You may NOT use our Service to:

• Circumvent AI detection for unethical purposes
• Violate third-party platform terms of service
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code

Do not submit content that:

• Contains illegal material
• Infringes copyright or trademark
• Is defamatory, obscene, or hateful
• Contains personal information of others without consent
• Violates privacy rights

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms
• No refund provided for termination due to terms violation
• We may report illegal activity to authorities

• You retain all rights to content you submit ("Input Content")
• You grant us temporary license to process your Input Content
• We do not claim ownership of your content

• You own all rights to humanized text we generate ("Output Content")
• Output Content provided for your use upon payment
• We retain no rights to Output Content after delivery

• We own all rights to the Platform, technology, and algorithms
• Our brand, logo, and interface are our intellectual property
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our Platform

• We collect information as described in our Privacy Policy
• We use data solely to provide and improve the Service
• We comply with applicable data protection laws

• We implement industry-standard security measures
• We encrypt data transmission and storage
• No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security

• Input Content deleted after processing (within 24-48 hours)
• Account data retained while account is active
• Backups may retain data for up to 90 days

• We do NOT use your content to train AI models
• We do NOT share your content with third parties
• We do NOT sell your data

• We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance announced in advance when possible
• Service may be unavailable due to technical issues

• Quality of output depends on input quality
• We cannot guarantee output will pass all AI detection tools
• Results may vary based on text complexity and length
• Processing speed may vary based on server load

• Subscription plans have monthly word limits
• Exceeding limits may result in service throttling or additional charges
• Enterprise plans may have custom limits

• Service provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"
• We make no warranties about service reliability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose
• We do not guarantee specific results

• You are solely responsible for how you use Output Content
• You must verify Output Content meets your requirements
• You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws

• We are not responsible for third-party AI detection tools
• We make no guarantees about detectability of output
• Third-party tools may change their algorithms at any time

• Our total liability limited to amount you paid in last 12 months
• Minimum liability cap of $100 USD

We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits or business opportunities
• Data loss (beyond what you've paid for)
• Third-party claims related to your use of Output Content
• Damages from unauthorized account access
• Damages from service interruptions

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of the Service
• Claims arising from your Output Content
• Your violation of laws or third-party rights

• Cancel subscription any time through account settings
• Access continues until end of current billing period
• No refunds for partial months (except 7-day guarantee)

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your payment fails
• We detect fraudulent activity
• Required by law

• Access to Service immediately revoked
• Outstanding payments remain due
• Your data deleted per our retention policy
• Provisions that should survive termination remain in effect

• These Terms governed by laws of your jurisdiction
• Disputes resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction

• These Terms constitute entire agreement between parties
• Supersedes all prior agreements and understandings

• If any provision invalid, remainder remains in effect

• Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right

• You may not assign these Terms
• We may assign these Terms to any successor
